Shipping policy

Processing

Orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

U.S. orders ship with USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment (1–3 business days with express). International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact hello@earthorganics.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
